The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the
benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation
is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT
Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who meet the
specified educational and practical experience criteria. |

GRI stands for
Graduate REALTORS® Institute. The GRI designation acknowledges REALTORS®
who have completed a comprehensive education program that provides
practical real estate training. This program is above and beyond the
education required to earn a real estate license. |
|
|
The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS
Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners
of the National Association of REALTORS®, the world's largest trade
association. |
|
|
An arrangement by which real estate brokers place their listings
together so that all members of the multiple-listing service have an
opportunity to sell properties listed by other members of the service. The
original or ‘listing’ broker obtains an exclusive right to sell and then
agrees to supply details of the listed property to all members of the
service, usually through a central office operated by a local real estate
board or association. |

The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Designation is
recognized industry-wide as the symbol of excellence in brokerage
management. The most successful brokerages are owned or managed by
professionals holding the prestigious CRB designation. |

A real estate agent is a REALTOR® when he or she becomes a member
of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®, The Voice for Real Estate®, the
world's largest professional association. The term REALTOR® is a
registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate
professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and
subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. |

The CRP™ designation formally recognizes those who have mastered
extensive knowledge on the principles and practices of relocation. While
other designations recognize ability or knowledge in just one area of
relocation, the CRP™ examination tests a person’s knowledge of the entire
relocation industry.

SRES stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist. The SRES
designation acknowledges REALTORS® who have completed an education program
that provides practical real estate training for the over 55 client. This
program is above and beyond the education required to earn a real estate
license. |

CRS stands for Certified Residential Specialist. The CRS is a
nationally-recognized designation. REALTORS® with the CRS are acknowledged
for advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes and a proven
record of experience in applied residential marketing. |

is NAR's online training program to certify real estate professionals as

successful real estate professionals who are taking the course at the same
time you are. e-PRO is the only designation program of its kind recognized
nationwide and endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
(NAR). |

The CCIM education program is the most comprehensive educational
resource in the commercial real estate industry. The curriculum includes
four graduate-level courses and an introductory overview
